How long does shipping take?

My package never arrived! 

If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please reach out to us at info@getbrightamins.com and we’ll make it right.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

We hate when that happens. Send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging to info@getbrightamins.com, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are consumable, we don’t accept physical returns. That said, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee — so if you’re not happy with your order for any reason, just email info@getbrightamins.com, and we’ll make it right.

How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions include a calendar box for the first month and refill pouches for subsequent months. Each package contains a month’s supply of gummies and access to daily educational content.
